How can I track my order?

How do I initiate a refund process?

How long does it take for order processing and shipping?

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days — most ship the very next day!

Are these products brand new?

Yes, all our products are brand new, so you can buy with confidence.

I can't log in to my account, what should I do?

On the login page, click “Forgot Password”. Enter your email address, and we will send you a link to reset your password. After entering the link, you will be able to access your account.

How can I search for the products I need?

There are several ways to find the products you want:

Alternatively, you can access your products through the top navigation panel.

Once I find the product, how do I place an order?

Click “Add to Cart” on the product details page, and you will be taken to the checkout page. Here, you will need to fill in all the details, such as your billing and shipping information, and your preferred shipping method. Once that’s done, your order will be submitted, and you will receive a confirmation message.

Why is it that the pictures on the website are slightly different from the actual product I received?

All our images are stock photos provided by the manufacturers. Images are for reference only; please read the product description for details of the goods you will receive.
